Elvira
…with full rights I can describe myself as “calligrapher”, but also “hand-skilled”.
I enjoy “doing” creative works.
No matter what I am dealing with: drawing, painting, embroidering, fitting out decorations, laying tables, preparing and enjoying delicious gourmets with friends, what makes the occasion really important to me is that it gives, to me and to whom value it, a joyful, soft, sweet feeling.
This is “Zuccherofilando”: my virtual tearoom, a way of interweaving with care the fibres of materials and of the personal relationships with a background of colours and notes that can reach souls to cheer them up.
I appreciate anything that is lovely and good, both offered by nature or human wits.
The amanuensis is usually secluded, bashful and this allows him the concentration and the freedom to work following his own intuition. The side less sunny is the poorness of exchanges that, on the long run, can cause stagnation and impoverishment. Creativity magnifies working together.
I decided to create this blog to expand contacts and to share the pleasantness of the included subjects.
My production, or my creativity, is quite variegated…in fact I am a Gemini sign, but who can say they are only two?
The logo “Rhae” is the pseudonym chosen in my adult life and its Rules play like this:
“Be wise
of the past keep the experience
of the present taste the flavour
of the future raise the hope
save Beauty and Justice”
Thank you for visiting this blog.
Please, report me other links of your interest, those you would like to see expanded or any new proposal to add….imagination will guide us.
Now I go back to paint!
I dedicate this blog to my niece who inspired me to carry it out and is happy to see me busy and joyful, She who is the great joy of my life! Now that we live in distant towns it’s also a quick way to offer her my novelties and share the pleasure.
Thank you, Lucy, for liking to still play with me.
My nephews (…one day I will show you their “works”…) let me play and they also helped me to overcome unhappy periods of life, to keep me “modern”, with the same devotion I helped them to grow adult; so, don’t be surprised if I want to extend this dedication to my true, first knight, my “technologic and creative” nephew.
Thanks, Immy, for gladding so many moments of my existence.
I am thankful for the patience to my daddy, my mother, my sister and Filippo who had the fate to find at home an eternal little girl so bright who, as mommy was often saying – kidding, “….doesn’t find peace and doesn’t give!”
I am thankful to the host of my ex-pupils, especially those who wished to keep in touch, to my young webmaster who has even the patience to support a retired teacher, and to all friends I love and from whom I received so much love, those who still have the strength to encourage me, the visitors who are already answering to this blog.
Thank you.
